Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

DefenseStorm is revolutionizing the way banks and other financial institutions defend against cybersecurity threats. The market demand for DefenseStorm’s innovative solutions means we need smart and savvy hunters to join one of the best teams in the industry. Working directly with sales and marketing, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a sales training role that is tasked with building pipeline for the field sales team. You are expected to take full advantage of the tools and training to meet or exceed goals, while preparing for a larger role.

Job Duties

  • Become an expert in DefenseStorm’s features, benefits, and customer value
  • Find new opportunities for DefenseStorm and work with your partners in Sales to close deals
  • Source pipeline via a mix of qualifying inbound leads and direct outreach (phone and email)
  • Schedule online product demonstrations on behalf of the field sales team
  • Participate in strategic discussions and provide direct feedback to the product, marketing and executive team
  • Adapting quickly to our fast-paced, dynamic organization

Required Qualifications

  • Quick learner, love technology, highly inquisitive
  • Bring a lot of energy, enthusiasm and ambition to work with a strong desire to get better
  • High acumen for and desire to learn B2B solution sales
  • 1-3 years sales experience, particularly in software and/or services
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Love crushing goals and gongs
